Domestic Orders (U.S.)

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service like USPS or UPS.

International Orders (Canada Only)

We accept refunds for orders shipped to Canada under the same 10-day policy as domestic orders. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Refund Process: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to begin the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable service.

Other International Orders

At this time, we do not offer refunds for international orders outside of Canada.
